Thanks for all your advice and encouragement through the web page and Facebook group. This will be my first NYC Marathon and I appreciate guidance from someone who has been doing it for so long. By the way, my mom's family immigrated to Wisconsin and then South Dakota from Norway in the mid-1800s. Love my Norwegian roots.

I am not only forever grateful of this website but the FB group over the last several months has been so so helpful. To know I am not the only one feeling this way along the training journey has been so nice. It has also answered many questions not only that I had but ones I didn't even think of myself.
