) to run my first NYC Marathon next November 1st... If you allow me to ask you my only doubt here, for those who selected Poncho option, are they provided with a transparent plastic bag as well? Or how we can bring our few disposable items to start village?

Admin reply: Yes, you will receive a small clear plastic bag. But you have to leave that in the start village when you start.

This is my first time with NYC Marathon, (thank goodness for the lottery.)

I have completed 3 marathons and 47 half marathons, all in the last 6 years. I started late, at the young age of 59. Thank you for all the great information for the NYC marathon. I've learned a lot from your site.
